また、北海道の「ロイヤルファーム牛」を中心に、安全・安心・高品質な牛肉を安定して仕入れ、お客様に自信をもってご提供しております。 

当店では炭火焼きにこだわり、備長炭を使用することで、肉の旨味を瞬時に閉じ込め、香ばしくジューシーに焼き上げます。

さらに、なら八の魅力は焼肉だけではありません。キムチやナムルなどの韓国料理はすべて手作りでご提供しております。

Located in the historic city of Nara, Nara Hachi offers authentic charcoal-grilled Japanese BBQ, using only carefully selected domestic beef and rich, flavorful Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef). 

We proudly serve local specialties such as Yamato beef from Nara and Kagoshima Nansatsu Wagyu, known for their tender texture and deep umami. 

Our main supply comes from Royal Farm beef in Hokkaido — raised with care, safety, and quality in mind. 

We grill all our meats over high-grade binchotan charcoal, which seals in flavor and brings out the best in every cut. 

The result is juicy, aromatic beef with a melt-in-your-mouth texture that’s unforgettable. 

At Nara Hachi, we also take pride in our wide range of handmade Korean side dishes such as kimchi and namul, made in-house with care.
